God Bless America, That is 52 million dollars for Beverly Hills Chihuahua in Two weeks. I can't say I'm surprised it's still number on with the limp offerings that Hollywood unloaded on unsuspecting cinemas this last weekend. Quarantine took the second spot with a decent 14.2 million dollar opening weekend. That's a good haul for a film that only cost 12 million to produce. Opening to a disappointing 3rd is Ridley Scott's Body of Lies. The Star power of Dicaprio and Crowe couldn't power it past A lame Blair with Knockoff and a Talking animal movie. All I'm saying is that somebody in the Warner Brother's marketing department is getting canned. This film will probalby fall way under the Grosses of his last Film American Gangster which made over 100 million dollars last year.
